Chagrin Valley Cornerstone was founded in Chagrin Falls on a simple principle: every home deserves exceptional care, thoughtful craftsmanship, and lasting quality. For over a decade, we have proudly served homeowners throughout the Eastside communities, including Chagrin Falls, Bainbridge, Solon, Pepper Pike, Moreland Hills, Orange Village, and the surrounding areas. From hillside properties along the Chagrin River to historic residences near the falls, we've had the privilege of helping families build, renovate, and preserve some of the area's most distinctive homes.

We do not rely on rotating subcontractors — our team is present on every project, ensuring consistency, accountability, and a level of detail our clients expect.
